The unit is rented by the week during the Summer. Weekly and multiple weekly rates are available in the Fall, Winter and Spring. Holidays are the weeks of Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Year's. For extended stays of more than four weeks, discounted rates may be available. Please contact us.

*A city occupancy tax of 12% will apply to rentals of less than 31 days.

Bookings are not final until the signed Rental Agreement and Reservation Deposit/Security Deposit are received. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in is on a Saturday after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. on a following Saturday. Arrangements for early arrival/check-in and late departure/check-out may be accommodated depending on rental bookings and scheduled maintenance.

For Summer rentals, all utilities are paid by the owner. For non-Summer rentals of four weeks or more, the tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, cable and telephone charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
